By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Ayomi.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

Sparks are a limited licence to unlock features inside the service. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred or exchanged for money, and may expire as described at the point of purchase.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

You agree to follow the rules described on Safety at Ayomi, including the ban on content involving minors, non-consensual content and impersonation of real people.

Characters and their replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected. They are fiction, not professional advice, and do not represent the views of Ayomi AI.

You keep the rights to the characters and prompts you create, and give us the licence we need to run the service. The Ayomi software, design and brand remain ours. [Licence scope to be defined.]

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.
