This policy explains what information Ayomi AI collects when you use Ayomi, why we collect it and the choices you have. Bracketed items must be completed by the operator.
Information we collect
- Account details — display name, email address and sign-in method.
- Conversations — the messages you send and the replies you receive, so characters can remember context.
- Characters you create — descriptions, settings and generated images.
- Payment records — handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers.
- Device and usage data — browser type, approximate location from IP, and feature usage.
How we use it
- To run the service, keep chats in sync and remember your preferences.
- To keep the platform safe, including reviewing reports and preventing abuse.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To improve features, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.
Your conversations
Chats are private to your account. Staff may access a conversation only to investigate a report or a legal request. [Describe any use of conversations for model training and how to opt out.]
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Deleted chats are removed from our systems within [30] days, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.
