How do Sparks work?
Sparks unlock extras such as photos, videos and voice messages from characters. Premium plans include a monthly allowance, and you can top up any time from the account menu.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Subscription. Changes apply at the next renewal. See the Refund policy for what happens to charges you’ve already paid.
A character said something it shouldn’t have
Use the form below with the topic “Report a character or content” and include the character’s name. Our rules are on Safety at Ayomi.
Can I delete my chats or my account?
Yes. Individual chats can be deleted from the chat menu, and your whole account from Settings → Danger zone.
